Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Built product line/major module from 0 to 1
- Love of discovery: customer interviews, field research, prototyping, pilots
- Observing others' jobs, designing new workflows, user prototyping
- AI-fluent, daily use of modern AI tools
- Interest/background in food, agriculture, or sustainability (preferred)
Tasks
- Build an innovative operating system for the dairy industry
- Conduct deep discovery with farmers, farm technicians, milk procurement teams, and dairy executives
- Understand jobs, KPIs, and frustrations of stakeholders
- Define new workflows with customers
- Set a new standard for dairy companies using AI
- Create hacky prototypes and run pilots
- Show tangible results to 2-3 design partners within weeks
- Assess desirability, feasibility, and viability
- Define v1 spec with engineering and design
- Set the team up for successful delivery
- Onboard first paying customers and iterate quickly
- Own the product development loop
- Decide what not to build
- Maintain scope discipline with limited engineering capacity
- Work within a fixed annual cycle of the customer base
Work Experience
- 5 - 7 years
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
