Requirements
- •3–5+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS
- •Proven track record of end-to-end roadmap ownership
- •Experience in mid-market or enterprise software
- •Ability to work with data
- •Strong communication in German and English
- •Comfort with ambiguity
- •Experience working with engineering teams
- •Structured thinker with clear reasoning
- •Experience in CLM, legal tech, procurement, or compliance software
- •Background in German Mittelstand B2B sales cycles
- •Familiarity with AI/ML product features
- •Experience scaling product from €1M to €10M+ ARR

- •Bridge Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams
- •Establish and track key product metrics
- •Conduct competitive analysis of the CLM market
- •Lead quarterly product reviews with leadership
