  • •Ensure interfaces and datasets for AI agents are in place
  • •Prioritize improvements to data quality and documentation
  • •Enhance self-serve tooling for internal teams
  • •Design and own measurable platform KPIs
  • •Connect KPIs to business outcomes like revenue and efficiency
  • •Collaborate across departments to understand workflows
  • •Translate user needs into effective platform capabilities
