- Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus, German is beneficial
- Passionate about innovation, teamwork, and creating outstanding products that improve sleep quality
Tasks
- Lead product optimization projects for mattresses, bed frames, and accessories
- Develop and implement simulation strategies throughout the product lifecycle
- Introduce new technologies like non-linear material modeling and AI-assisted optimization
- Create detailed test plans for FEM analysis and model calibration
- Conduct hands-on technical tests in the in-house lab
- Analyze product design, material properties, and structural integrity
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure clear technical communication
- Act as a subject matter expert in material properties and 3D CAD design
- Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results aligned with project goals
