In this role, you will take full ownership of products and features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy innovative solutions. Your work will span from crafting user-friendly interfaces to developing robust backend systems, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• •8+ years of professional software development experience
• •Startup experience
• •Expert-level skills in Frontend (React, TypeScript) and strong competence in Backend (Node.js, TypeScript)
• •Proficiency in Python and experience in building backend systems for AI agents
• •Enthusiasm for UI/UX and product design
• •Rigor in designing complex systems that scale
• •Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written
• •Experience with WebRTC and WebSockets for real-time applications
• •Experience with performance optimization for global, low-latency systems
• •Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC, AWS CDK) and AWS
• •Background in building developer tools, API platforms, or AI-enabled products

Tasks

• •Own products and features end-to-end
• •Bridge technical implementation, product design, and user experience

• •Drive features from concept to production deployment

• •Collaborate with founders, designers, and engineers
