- Iterate rapidly based on feedback from users and experts
- Design production-ready interfaces for complex scientific data
- Balance scientific complexity with clarity and ease of use
- Engage with users to understand their workflows
- Validate design decisions through direct user interaction
- Design flagship applications like ApherisFold and ADMET products
- Design external-facing technical tools and the Apheris website
- Evaluate and improve user experience through continuous testing
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and science teams
