Requirements

• •6+ years experience designing complex digital products
• •Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent field
• •End-to-end experience from ideation to live software
• •Proficiency in Figma and enterprise design systems
• •Solid portfolio demonstrating complex professional projects
• •Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• •Core skillset in UX/UI and interaction design
• •Ability to work in undefined environments
• •Advanced experience with GIS or geospatial data
• •AI-native mindset utilizing AI tools
• •Track record of solving complex systemic problems
• •Deep empathy for users and stakeholders
• •Experience in growth-focused collaborative team environments

Tasks

• •Lead the end-to-end product design process
