Senior Product Analyst(m/w/x)

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in product analytics or data science
• Familiarity with A/B testing, experiment design, and cohort analysis
• Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or mobile apps
• Ability to apply behavioral and statistical analysis methods
• Fluency in SQL and Python
• Technical skills for data manipulation and visualization
• Strong product sense and hypothesis generation
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance analytical output

Tasks

• Establish the product analytics function
• Bring deep analytical rigor to product decision-making
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design on product planning
• Design A/B tests to ensure statistical rigor
• Create analytics frameworks for data-driven product development
• Analyze feature success, retention drivers, and engagement patterns
• Generate actionable insights to inform roadmap decisions
• Apply a data lens to ideation and concept evaluation
• Calculate sample sizes and perform cohort analysis
• Apply causal inference methods to experiment results
• Develop event taxonomy to maintain data quality
• Partner with data platform teams to clean data sources
• Enable Product Manager self-service through tooling and documentation
• Provide light-touch support for product teams
• Use AI tools and MCP integrations to scale impact
