Staff Product Analyst (Logistics, Service)(m/w/x)

Requirements

• 6+ years experience as Product Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar
• Deep understanding of A/B test design and statistical analysis
• Ability to translate business goals into analytics roadmaps
• Expert-level SQL skills on large-scale data platforms
• Solid Python skills for analytics and automation
• Ability to design and optimize data pipelines
• Experience building actionable data-stories and dashboards
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and leading projects
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority

Tasks

• Spearhead the data strategy for the Logistics Service product line
• Perform rigorous hypothesis testing to shape product development
• Convert massive datasets into high-impact strategic narratives
• Optimize last-mile delivery for efficiency, affordability, and sustainability
• Improve experiences for riders, customers, and merchants globally
• Support delivery operations expansion into grocery and retail sectors
• Foster a data-first culture within the product organization
• Automate customer support at scale using cost-efficient chatbots
• Drive initiatives for intent recognition and automated problem resolution
• Develop predictive models to optimize voucher and compensation issuance
• Balance customer satisfaction with financial efficiency in automated decisions
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations leaders on strategic direction
• Champion innovation and influence the future of local delivery
• Develop and refine North Star product metrics and leading indicators
• Provide quantitative insights to empower roadmap decision-making
• Advise the Performance team on efficient solution localization
• Guide the methodology and design of quarterly A/B tests
• Interpret experimentation results to ensure impactful feature shipping
• Drive development of scalable analytics infrastructure and self-service capabilities
• Ensure data quality and accessibility across the organization
• Collaborate on advanced modeling to improve unit economics
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other analysts
• Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and rigorous peer review
