Tasks

  • Manage high double-digit million-euro spend
  • Lead negotiations with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs)
  • Shape customer delivery experience
  • Drive strategic initiatives
  • Optimize performance
  • Collaborate with Delivery Experience Management, Legal, Finance, Transportation, and Supply Chain
  • Manage defined set of DSPs
  • Act as subject-matter expert
  • Build and monitor budgets per market and DSP
  • Intervene early in budget issues
  • Create and execute DSP-specific strategies
  • Define clear milestones and goals
  • Work with internal stakeholders on standard operating procedures
  • Lead RFX processes
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Drive cost-optimization initiatives
  • Handle contract topics and stakeholder escalations
  • Contribute to departmental strategic projects
