Requirements

  • Relevant experience in process management, optimisation, transformation, or comparable role, ideally in retail, omnichannel, or FMCG
  • Good understanding of relevant value chain for process area
  • Ability to analyse processes, identify improvements, translate to solutions
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management in cross-functional environments
  • Structured, data-driven working with hands-on mindset
  • Very good communication skills in English and German

Tasks

  • Develop and communicate customer-centric solutions
  • Manage category and assortment planning
  • Handle sourcing and supplier management
  • Oversee product data management
  • Manage space and demand planning
  • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment
  • Ensure efficient transport and replenishment
  • Prepare for customer service readiness
  • Interact with customers
  • Execute omnichannel service delivery
  • Provide after-care and continuous service improvement
  • Improve end-to-end processes for efficiency, scalability, and transparency
  • Identify and implement optimization opportunities
  • Monitor process performance with KPIs
  • Derive actions for continuous improvement
  • Develop common process standards and methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Serve as key contact for process-related topics

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
