Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Management, or related field
  • •Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in process management
  • •Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and high data literacy
  • •Solid understanding of enterprise systems such as SAP, Orchestra, or similar PPM tools
  • •Effective cross-functional and cross-regional coordination with structured communication skills
  • •Business fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • •Lead continuous optimization of global Stage-Gate Work Packages
  • •Maintain and enforce the global R&D governance framework
  • •Coordinate cross-functional alignment for local project delivery
  • •Develop and maintain high-quality digital templates and process documentation
  • •Manage project-portfolio data quality across various platforms
  • •Build and maintain real-time project-portfolio reporting dashboards
  • •Provide analytical support by evaluating resource risks and process bottlenecks
  • •Benchmark external NPD delivery practices and oversee the innovation pipeline
