- 5+ years product management experience in B2B, ideally building materials
- Strong grasp of value-based selling and solution-driven portfolios
- Fluency in German and English
- Technical background, commercial awareness, and customer focus
- Skilled communicator with fact-based stakeholder management approach
- Knowledge of drinking water systems, hygiene, and risk management (plus)
- Experience in multinational, sector-related environments (preferred)
- Ability to build value propositions and market concepts
- Familiarity with SAP, SAP BO, and Power BI (advantage)
Tasks
- Develop and execute DACH Building market product strategies
- Align product strategies with business plans
- Optimize the DACH product portfolio for profitability
- Manage local product ranges and lifecycles
- Launch new products into the market
- Maintain compliance with certifications and sustainability requirements
- Analyze performance and trends using SAP BO and Power BI
- Create compelling value propositions to support growth
- Assist with marketing campaigns and sales enablement
- Provide technical training and customer support
- Collaborate with global innovation and supply chain teams
- Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects
