- Plan, conduct, and evaluate complex in vivo studies.
- Interpret pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic data.
- Collaborate to design and execute in vivo strategies.
- Partner with internal and external collaborators.
- Ensure scientific excellence across activities.
- Represent Immunology & Respiratory in internal initiatives and groups.
- Advise peers and stakeholders as a recognized expert.
- Contribute scientific expertise to strategic decisions.
- Lead cross-functional project teams in preclinical research.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for target advancement.
- Lead internal initiatives, working, and focus groups.
- Collaborate with colleagues for scientific and strategic alignment.
