Tasks
- Act as manufacturing and supply domain expert and solution architect
- Translate manufacturing and supply routines into product requirements
- Refine AI decision logic and model performance
- Shape product roadmap and future operational use cases
- Drive client value realization by leading deployments
- Guide operational data readiness and validate AI
- Upskill operational managers and executives
- Accelerate time to value for clients
- Define AI outcomes and decision quality standards
- Co-shape scalable product capabilities
- Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility
- Define and own data requirements and collection needs
- Fine-tune AI to accelerate deployment
- Influence product roadmap with client insights
- Represent user needs in product discussions
- Communicate AI and data topics clearly
- Mentor and coach junior team members
- Drive rollouts from initial to enterprise-wide adoption
- Own time to first active user and routine
- Evangelize and upskill users through workshops
- Ensure AI integration into daily decision-making
