•Design AI solution architecture for R&D modules
•Translate R&D routines into product requirements
•Develop AI decision logic and outcomes

•Shape scalable product capabilities for clinical use
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
•Manage data requirements and AI fine-tuning
•Influence the product roadmap using client insights
•Advise Chief R&D Officers and portfolio leaders
•Represent user needs in roadmap discussions
•Communicate complex AI topics in business language
•Drive enterprise-wide product rollouts
•Accelerate user adoption and time to value
