- Establish data requirements and fine-tuning needs for deployment
- Influence the product roadmap using client adoption insights
- Advise C-level finance stakeholders as a trusted partner
- Represent finance user needs during roadmap discussions
- Communicate complex AI and data topics in business language
- Mentor and upskill junior members of the domain team
- Lead product deployments from initial use to enterprise adoption
- Manage time-to-value and user activity metrics across deployments
- Conduct workshops and engagement campaigns for finance users
