Requirements

  • Scientific background or 5+ years professional experience in Life Sciences
  • 5+ years Senior Technical Architecture experience
  • Commercial tech sales support
  • R&D IT or Data & Informatics background
  • Understanding of logical, physical, and conceptual data models
  • Proficiency in cloud RDBMS and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Spark and data warehousing solutions
  • Experience with AWS data services, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Understanding of data governance, quality, lineage, and metadata management
  • Familiarity with Analytics and BI Tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView

Tasks

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts
  • Manage customer lifecycle engagement and adoption acceleration
  • Oversee technical health and risk management
  • Develop strategic plans and manage stakeholders across teams
  • Provide sales enablement and growth support
  • Build deep and wide technical and science relationships
  • Understand customer scientific data and AI architecture and goals
  • Offer proactive, prescriptive technical guidance
  • Act as a trusted advisor aligned to customer outcomes
  • Drive adoption and success plan execution
  • Conduct regular technical reviews
  • Identify risks and recommend optimizations
  • Lead technical strategy for expansions
  • Support Proofs of Concept (POCs) and co-innovation
  • Manage resolution for escalated issues
  • Accelerate time to value for customers
  • Improve stability and uptime
  • Align with strategic roadmaps
  • Provide prioritized support and faster resolutions
  • Achieve higher ROI through continuous optimization
  • Support growth through hands-on sessions and enablement presentations
  • Showcase tailored demonstrations to prospects
  • Map business requirements to technical solutions
  • Determine potential return on investment for proposed solutions
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, sales, and technical teams
  • Collaborate with science and technology partners
  • Negotiate beneficial agreements with clients and sales teams
  • Develop deep product knowledge
  • Design and showcase tailored demonstrations
  • Contribute to RFPs/RFIs with technical specifications
  • Manage project timelines and scope
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for presales activities
