Requirements

  • •Experience coordinating due diligence and negotiations

  • •Support origination and maintain professional relationships
  • •Monitor portfolio companies and conduct credit reviews
  • •Manage waivers, consent requests, and stressed situations
  • •Contribute to quarterly investor reports and fundraising pitches
  • •Support cross-team projects within the private credit platform
