In this Munich-based role, you will drive the full investment lifecycle from origination to execution. You will shape the high-yield strategy while managing key investor relationships and global team collaborations.

Requirements

• •Experienced and motivated individual
• •High competency, integrity, and teamwork
• •7-10 years infrastructure or structured finance experience
• •Two years high yield infrastructure experience
• •Fluency in English
• •German, Spanish, or Italian fluency (plus)
• •European infrastructure debt transaction experience
• •Expertise in Excel financial modeling
• •Knowledge of global debt markets
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Experience writing detailed credit memoranda
• •Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
• •Ability to use Generative AI
• •Knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot

Tasks

• •Identify and screen new investment opportunities
• •Conduct comprehensive due diligence across multiple sectors
• •Perform risk, ESG, and internal rating assessments
• •Execute financial modeling for investment opportunities
• •Structure investments and negotiate finance documentation
• •Write credit memoranda for the investment committee
• •Present opportunities to current and potential investors
• •Prepare closing documents and trade tickets
• •Manage transaction transitions to asset management
• •Assess complex waiver and amendment requests
• •Prepare marketing materials for prospective investors
• •Participate in portfolio review meetings with clients
• •Monitor infrastructure and high yield market developments
• •Maintain and update the weekly transaction pipeline
• •Attend and present at infrastructure conferences
• •Collaborate with international teams and office personnel
• •Liaise with project sponsors and financial advisers
