Senior Performance Marketing Manager(m/w/x)
Optimizing Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads for DTC vegan skincare acquisition. 6+ years DTC/ecommerce performance marketing experience required. Hybrid work, dog-friendly office with free snacks.
Requirements
- 6+ years performance marketing experience in DTC/ecommerce/consumer business or agency
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with TikTok Ads Manager; Pinterest Ads a plus
- Familiarity with MTA and attribution tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox)
- Solid understanding of GA4; basic understanding of Meta CAPI/server-side setup
- Advanced Google Sheets/Excel; Looker Studio/Tableau for dashboards; SQL a plus
- Experience with creative operations tools (Airtable, Notion); Motion App a plus
- Familiarity with Figma (review/feedback); basic understanding of Shopify funnel dynamics
- Solid understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, blended MER; budget allocation skills
- Analytical mindset with testing, attribution, and performance reporting experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills; clear communication of strategy
- Comfortable working across multiple channels and markets
- Strong ownership mentality; proactive and independent operation
- Scaling mindset; ability to build systems, processes, and team capability
- Fluent in English; native fluency in key European market language preferred
Tasks
- Manage and optimize performance marketing channels
- Execute and refine campaigns for efficient customer acquisition
- Oversee budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies
- Conduct structured testing on creatives, audiences, and formats
- Collaborate with the creative team on briefs and feedback
- Align acquisition with CRM, brand, and analytics teams
- Translate performance data into actionable insights
- Maintain performance reporting infrastructure
- Develop scalable processes and testing frameworks
- Mentor junior team members with structured feedback
- Stay informed about platform changes and new opportunities
