- •Test and document enhancements and bug fixes

- •Lead decision-making on business processes and design
- •Manage training and change management activities
- •Oversee release cycles of new functionalities
- •Support users and resolve issues using Jira
- •Lead implementation projects for new solutions
- •Analyze and report metrics for strategic decision-making
- •Support data management and architecture activities
- •Create documentation for compliance with banking and privacy
- •Generate reports from Workday for stakeholders
