- Handle complex manager support and employee relations
- Sound judgment and appropriate escalation
- Data-driven and pragmatic approach
- Use org health and people metrics for action
- Prior involvement in AI transformation or adoption programs
- Experience building top talent/succession programs in Engineering
Tasks
- Partner with engineering leadership to build high-performing teams
- Translate business strategy into a people strategy with a clear roadmap
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning
- Shape target organizational structures
- Support reorganizations and team evolutions
- Collaborate with FP&A on annual people planning
- Enable the transition to an AI-first organization
- Partner with leaders on capability building and adoption
- Facilitate change leadership for AI-first initiatives
- Run core people processes with credibility and consistency
- Manage performance cycles and calibrations
- Provide leveling inputs and compensation cycle support
- Continuously improve people processes in a fast-moving environment
Work Experience
- approx. 4 - 6 years
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
