Requirements

  • 8–10+ years progressive HR experience
  • Strong Employee Relations focus/specialism
  • Broad generalist HR experience
  • Proven track record of direct partnership with senior leaders
  • Experience leading HR for a client group
  • Experience in sales & marketing or similar fast-paced environment (ideally)
  • Expert understanding of German employment law and consultation frameworks
  • Strong understanding/awareness of European employment law and consultation frameworks (particularly France)
  • Program management experience in policy/process development
  • Managing compliance workstreams for new market entry
  • Exceptional judgement & critical thinking
  • Ability to interpret legal advice into practical guidance
