Lead People Partner - Europe(m/w/x)
Advising VP/SVP leaders on organizational design and coaching a UK/Europe People Partnering team at an SME-focused fintech. 8-10+ years progressive HR experience with direct senior leader partnership required. EUR 1,000 L&D budget, share options, extended parental leave.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years progressive HR experience
- Strong Employee Relations focus/specialism
- Broad generalist HR experience
- Proven track record of direct partnership with senior leaders
- Experience leading HR for a client group
- Experience in sales & marketing or similar fast-paced environment (ideally)
- Expert understanding of German employment law and consultation frameworks
- Strong understanding/awareness of European employment law and consultation frameworks (particularly France)
- Program management experience in policy/process development
- Managing compliance workstreams for new market entry
- Exceptional judgement & critical thinking
- Ability to interpret legal advice into practical guidance
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
