Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in People / HR Operations or related HR role
  • •Strong data affinity and confidence with HR KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
  • •Deep expertise in Personio, ideally also Leapsome
  • •Proven track record in designing and scaling efficient People processes
  • •Strong project management skills and understanding of HR compliance and data protection
  • •Fluency in English and minimum C1 level German

5 - 7 years

Tasks

  • •Drive the strategic development of the People Ops setup
  • •Own the HR systems landscape, including Personio and Leapsome
  • •Lead tool implementations and workflow automation
  • •Enhance and expand People Data dashboards
  • •Analyze and standardize core HR Operations processes
  • •Continuously improve HR Operations processes
  • •Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects
  • •Manage change communication and stakeholder engagement
