Requirements
- •Completed commercial training and relevant qualification in payroll tax
- •At least 7 years of professional experience in payroll processing in a corporate environment
- •Secure knowledge of payroll tax law and good knowledge in financial accounting
- •Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel
- •Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
- •Strong teamwork and communication skills
- •Good understanding of interrelations and interfaces within the area of responsibility
- •High level of responsibility, proactivity, and professional persuasiveness

- •Review monthly relevant accounts for taxation needs
- •Verify and maintain documentation for taxable items
- •Ensure compliance with tax regulations
- •Provide regular status updates to the Payroll Manager and Head of HR Operations Northern Europe
- •Conduct quarterly reviews of processes, interfaces, and responsibilities, and document any adjustments
- •Manage the Risk Log
- •Assist in updating policies, processes, systems, and training in response to tax law changes
- •Collaborate closely with the Finance team
- •Address payroll tax-related inquiries from company leadership, HR management, and executives
- •Act as a point of contact for internal and external auditors in collaboration with the Payroll Manager
- •Participate in training sessions on relevant tax topics and legal changes
