- Experience in sustainable packaging development (‘design for recycling’)
- Experience managing complex, international projects
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Experience with design thinking/agile methods
- High affinity for cosmetics & trends
- Business fluent English
Tasks
- Develop creative and sustainable packaging concepts
- Collaborate with internal and external partners internationally
- Create internal guidelines for safe use of recycled materials
- Evaluate compatibility tests between formulations and packaging
- Interpret test results for migration, sorption, and permeation
- Recommend compliant packaging materials
- Ensure documentation meets EU 1223/2009, REACH 1907/2006, and EU 10/2011
- Analyze stress test and migration simulation results
- Review supplier documentation and test results
- Analyze contamination profiles and NIAS relevance
- Ensure traceability of materials
- Train internal teams on formulation and packaging compatibility
