- Solid MS Office skills

Tasks
- Manage B2B Supply Chain operations for BENEDACH market
- Ensure efficient and effective account operations
- Serve as a role model and trainer for the team
- Share knowledge as an expert within the team
- Lead day-to-day retail B2B operations
- Ensure precision and efficiency in task execution
- Mentor junior team members
- Share best practices and insights
- Collaborate with B2B Teams and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in workflows
- Drive continuous improvement in team structures
- Drive continuous improvement in retailer experience
- Map existing procedures
- Maintain SOP documentation
- Lead process optimization initiatives
- Track process improvements through performance metrics
- Conduct operational performance reviews
- Conduct strategic meetings with internal teams
- Conduct strategic meetings with external partners
- Conduct strategic meetings with business stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners
- Lead ad-hoc operational projects
- Lead client-specific initiatives
- Serve as an expert in operational best practices
- Serve as an expert in industry trends
- Utilize Excel/Tableau for data analysis
- Utilize Excel/Tableau for reporting
- Utilize Excel/Tableau for performance tracking
