- Exposure to semantic modeling tools or frameworks (BPMN, UML, taxonomies, domain models)
- Conceptual knowledge of GenAI (RAG, knowledge graphs, AI agents)
- Familiarity with collaboration platforms (Miro, Jira, Confluence, or similar)
Tasks
- Lead conceptualization of semantic frameworks
- Extract business meaning from complex operations
- Translate domain knowledge into ontological models
- Shape AI-enabled reasoning and decision automation
- Collaborate with global business and technical teams
- Conduct workshops to extract domain concepts and insights
- Transform tribal knowledge into formal semantic structures
- Identify inconsistencies across operational hubs
- Create domain-specific conceptual ontologies
- Map processes, entities, and relationships
- Develop reusable semantic modeling patterns and guidelines
- Align semantic models with service portfolios and AI use cases
- Advise leadership on ontology-enhanced AI reasoning
- Communicate strategic importance of semantics in AI transformation
- Establish modeling standards and governance processes
- Maintain semantic single source of truth
- Partner with data engineers for seamless model handover
- Validate technical ontology builds for accuracy
- Train teams on semantic modeling and best practices
- Expand Ontology Community of Practice
- Enable globally consistent semantic frameworks
