Requirements
- Analytical, curious, and structured individual
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or related field
- First experience in business analysis, data analysis, consulting, process management or similar
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Interest in AI, semantic modeling, process improvement or enterprise architecture
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured and process-oriented with collaborative teamwork approach
- Proactive engagement with challenges and curiosity for new tools/solutions
- Ability to adapt in dynamic environments and multitask
- Exposure to BPMN, UML, taxonomies, or conceptual modeling methods
- Familiarity with AI/ML, knowledge graphs, or information architecture
- Hands-on experience with Miro, Confluence, Jira, or basic modeling tools
Tasks
- Prepare and assist in workshops with business stakeholders
- Capture key domain knowledge during workshops
- Document processes, terms, definitions, and relationships
- Identify inconsistencies across hubs
- Review business documentation and processes
- Break down complex operations into structured semantic elements
- Identify entities, attributes, business rules, and interactions
- Contribute to creating conceptual semantic models
- Maintain modeling templates, glossaries, and semantic libraries
- Support technical graph engineers with business context
- Validate implementations against business reality
- Prepare semantic specifications and handover materials
- Maintain definitions, naming conventions, and change logs
- Update semantic artifacts
- Organize and ensure accessibility of semantic documentation
- Create visualizations and training materials for stakeholders
- Support onboarding into the ontology approach
- Build a Community of Practice
