Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field
- 4–7 years of professional experience in NPI, program/project management, industrialization, or operations
- Hands-on experience managing cross-functional projects in manufacturing or product-driven environment
- Experience in ramp-up management, supplier coordination, and production readiness
- Familiarity with PLM, ERP, and/or MES systems
- Strong ownership mindset and structured, execution-oriented working style
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across functions and cultures
- Analytical thinking with confidence managing KPIs, risks, and dependencies
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team-oriented, hands-on, and driven by operational excellence
Tasks
- Drive successful execution of new product launches
- Ensure on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective launches
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution globally
- Own operational execution of NPI projects
- Plan and track NPI milestones from prototype to production
- Ensure launch readiness across product, process, supply chain, and production
- Drive closure of open topics, gaps, and action items
- Operate and maintain Launch Control Tower structures
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and mitigation actions
- Prepare and facilitate Launch Readiness Reviews
- Ensure transparency and accountability for open points
- Act as operational interface between departments
- Support seamless transition to serial production
- Align with Product & Portfolio teams on priorities
- Identify improvement opportunities in NPI processes
- Contribute to lessons-learned activities
