- •Scale manufacturing processes for production demand
- •Develop production schedules with Supply Chain
- •Plan daily tasks for on-time satellite delivery
- •Resolve non-conformances and improve processes
- •Collaborate on spacecraft design for manufacturability
- •Transition manufacturing from R&D to production
- •Execute technology transfers to Sustaining Production
- •Provide specific CAD-based DFM and DFA recommendations
- •Guide and mentor engineering team members
