Tasks
- Develop and customize MOM platform on Siemens Opcenter MES and WinCC OA SCADA
- Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives from requirements to stable hand-over
- Collaborate with Automation, ERP, and Production engineering teams
- Configure Siemens Opcenter MES to meet production and quality requirements
- Maintain WinCC OA SCADA applications
- Connect machines and lines via OPC UA during ramp-ups and commissioning
- Build and operate interfaces with Epicor ERP and adjacent systems
- Monitor and ensure stable operations of the MOM platform
- Perform monitoring, backups, patching, and releases
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support to shift teams
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement lasting fixes
- Develop and operate in-house Report runner reporting platform
