Requirements

  • Medical Doctor or PhD in natural sciences
  • Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical industry experience
  • At least 3 years Medical Affairs experience
  • Training & Education, Advisory Boards, scientific events experience advantageous
  • Strong medical strategy understanding
  • Strong scientific communication understanding
  • Strong stakeholder engagement understanding
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to convey complex scientific concepts
  • Strong project management skills
  • Confident use of MS Office tools
  • English fluency (written and spoken)
  • German language skills (plus)
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Tasks

  • Develop and advance global Medical Training & Education ecosystem
  • Implement global internal and external education programs
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs for education programs
  • Identify unmet medical needs and emerging trends
  • Incorporate insights from regions and affiliates
  • Build strategic relationships with external stakeholders
  • Support medical congresses and global events
  • Collaborate on launch and medico-marketing activities
  • Establish tailored global internal training initiatives
  • Strengthen medical excellence through capability-building
  • Facilitate cross-functional and global collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and policies
  • Support compliance reporting
