Requirements

  • Medical doctor or PhD in natural sciences
  • Experience in neurology, Parkinson’s disease or multiple sclerosis
  • Profound experience in pharmaceutical industry or clinical CROs
  • Solid project management experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English language with ability to explain complex science
  • Strong team player
  • Innovative thinking and creative mindset
  • Willingness to travel internationally frequently

Tasks

  • Implement Medical Affairs strategy for European Region
  • Drive adaptation and alignment across all markets
  • Ensure relevant Medical Affairs activities for Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis
  • Provide expert knowledge on Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis
  • Stay updated with latest scientific advancements and clinical trials
  • Conduct literature reviews and disseminate clinical data
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals
  • Organize and participate in advisory boards, symposiums, and congresses
  • Serve as primary point of contact for KOLs and healthcare professionals
  • Drive regional scientific and medical communication with Marketing Team
  • Deliver medical training and education programs for healthcare professionals
  • Conduct training sessions for local Marketing, Medical, MSL, and Sales teams
  • Collaborate with Global Product Teams, Global Medical Affairs, Global Regulatory Affairs, and Global Market Access
  • Support design and implementation of local post-market authorization studies
  • Ensure proactive, science-oriented collaboration with non-medical functions
  • Work in close alignment with SOPs, compliance policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to compliance reporting
  • Serve as deputy to team members as needed
  • Manage local medical information requests and competitive intelligence
