- •7+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development
- •Expert proficiency in Catia v5
- •Demonstrated ability to take a product from concept through mass production
- •Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes
- •Strong problem-solving skills
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Professional experience in the industry
- •Excellent English communication skills
- •German language skills are welcome
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- •Lead mechanical design for new products using CAD software
- •Perform engineering analyses and calculations for design aspects
- •Initiate and support prototyping and early testing

- •Collaborate with suppliers to optimize designs for manufacturability
- •Provide guidance and technical support to junior engineers
- •Ensure designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations
