Senior Marketplace Account Manager(m/w/x)
Managing seller accounts for medium to large clients on Europe's largest auto parts ecommerce platform. Fluent English and German required, with another EU language a plus. Flexible working hours, birthday day off.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in similar role/area
- Fluent English and German
- Fluency in other EU language (French, Italian, Spanish, Swedish) (plus)
- Relevant e-Commerce working experience
- Relevant Sales and/or Account Management experience
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot), Seller Portal tools (plus)
- Previous Seller Onboarding or Support experience (plus)
- Self-motivation, results-driven, autonomy, strong leadership
- Analytical, strategic thinking, excellent problem-solving
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, efficient task/process management
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, stakeholder effectiveness
- Seller-centric mindset, advocating/supporting seller needs
- Bachelor's Degree (Business Admin, Marketing, Commerce, or related)
Tasks
- Manage all account processes for medium to large accounts
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships
- Advocate for sellers internally
- Address seller needs and concerns promptly
- Provide high-level support to sellers
- Offer strategic guidance to sellers
- Leverage tools and systems across the seller lifecycle
- Analyze key business metrics
- Use data insights for business decisions
- Improve seller performance
- Maintain deep knowledge of AUTODOC products
- Identify product bugs, events, and enhancements
- Drive resolution for product issues
- Contribute to product development based on feedback
- Conduct deep dives on seller issues
- Analyze the competitive landscape
- Recommend improvements for seller and customer engagement
- Deliver recommendations to grow the business
- Develop and implement seller account plans
- Mentor colleagues
- Guide and support colleague skill development
- Offer regular feedback to colleagues
- Create professional development opportunities
