Tasks

  • Build and own the demand engine for Techspace products in London and Berlin
  • Support campaign building, deployment, and optimization in HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and execute an inbound strategy using funding data, lease expiry intelligence, and ICP criteria
  • Manage lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot, including sequences, automations, and retargeting
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Direct the content calendar, including member stories, case studies, thought leadership, and more
  • Anchor content in the category narrative to support commercial outcomes
  • Manage the website, optimizing listings, landing pages, UX, conversion rates, and SEO/GEO performance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with pipeline goals
  • Report on MQL volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI
  • Coordinate with the sales team on broker-facing marketing materials and availability communications
  • Manage the Growth Marketing Lead and Marketing and Creative Lead, setting objectives and providing feedback
  • Foster a culture of measurement, experimentation, and commercial accountability
  • Leverage AI to enhance marketing speed, quality, and insights
  • Embed AI into the team’s daily operations
