- At least 2 years demand generation and brand/content
- Proven demand engine building and running
- Strong HubSpot (CRM and Marketing Hub) knowledge
- Strong Google Ads knowledge

Tasks
- Build and own the demand engine for Techspace products in London and Berlin
- Support campaign building, deployment, and optimization in HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
- Develop and execute an inbound strategy using funding data, lease expiry intelligence, and ICP criteria
- Manage lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot, including sequences, automations, and retargeting
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Direct the content calendar, including member stories, case studies, thought leadership, and more
- Anchor content in the category narrative to support commercial outcomes
- Manage the website, optimizing listings, landing pages, UX, conversion rates, and SEO/GEO performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with pipeline goals
- Report on MQL volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI
- Coordinate with the sales team on broker-facing marketing materials and availability communications
- Manage the Growth Marketing Lead and Marketing and Creative Lead, setting objectives and providing feedback
- Foster a culture of measurement, experimentation, and commercial accountability
- Leverage AI to enhance marketing speed, quality, and insights
- Embed AI into the team’s daily operations
