- Drive market penetration and new product introductions
- Identify and pursue external growth opportunities
- Support EMEA P&L management and resource allocation
- Prioritize investments and own budgets to maximize ROI
- Partner with Commercial Excellence and Sales teams
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Supply Chain
- Lead and develop senior marketing and business leaders
- Foster a high-performance and insight-driven culture
- Advise the EMEA leadership team on market trends
- Provide recommendations on business risks and opportunities
