Tasks
- Design and optimize battery module and pack assembly processes
- Collaborate with design team for manufacturability and scalability
- Ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing and quality standards
- Create and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Specify and implement specialized production equipment
- Develop and maintain workstations and tooling
- Ensure equipment and facility infrastructure readiness
- Support transition from manual to automated production
- Plan facility upgrades for layout and workflow optimization
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Handle ad-hoc engineering projects flexibly
- Promote a culture of safety across all teams
