Description

In this role, you will be at the forefront of quality management, developing systems that ensure compliance with aerospace standards while fostering a culture of quality and safety. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing audits, collaborating with suppliers, and interfacing with regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• •5–7 years of professional experience in quality management
• •Degree in Engineering or related technical field
• •Extensive experience in Aircraft Development Programs
• •In-depth knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS/EN9100) and regulations (LBA, EASA)
• •Strong understanding of QMS, Audits, CAPA and HSE-Management
• •Ability to integrate the QMS with other company systems (e.g. ERP)
• •Outstanding people skills, including empathy and strong interpersonal capabilities
• •Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• •Fluency in German and English, with advanced negotiation skills

Tasks

• •Own the end-to-end quality process
• •Develop and implement a robust quality management system
• •Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements
• •Introduce and harmonize efficient QMS processes
• •Integrate QMS into ERP/MES systems
• •Implement and enhance standards and certifications
• •Manage internal, external, and customer audits
• •Plan and execute CAPA measures
• •Collaborate with supply chain management for quality requirements
• •Establish a streamlined overall quality process
• •Interface with customers, certification bodies, and authorities
• •Promote a culture of quality and safety
