Tasks
- Support test aircraft production and series industrialization
- Assess and verify designs for manufacturability
- Define supplier delivery specifications based on assembly needs
- Develop MBOMs, build sequences, and line balancing
- Plan factory layouts for the assembly line
- Specify tools and jigs for final assembly
- Create process plans and work instructions in DELMIA
- Optimize production line efficiency and continuous improvements
- Provide technical support for production and assembly deviations
- Troubleshoot non-conformities and create rework instructions
