- Experience in Electrical/Avionic installation and verification

- Proficiency in drawings, wire diagrams and 3D models

- Experience in LRUs, antennas and manufacturing routings
- Knowledge in Failure Analysis and Root Cause
- Experience in Functional testing and PLM/ERP systems

Tasks
- Manage electrical and avionic aircraft ATA chapters
- Act as manufacturing engineering representative for cross-functional teams
- Support test aircraft production in Oberpfaffenhofen
- Assess design manufacturability for series industrialization
- Define supplier delivery specifications based on assembly needs
- Define MBOM, build sequences, and line balancing
- Plan factory layouts for the Leipzig assembly line
- Specify required tools and jigs for final assembly
- Create and maintain DELMIA process plans
- Optimize production line efficiency and continuous improvements
- Provide technical support for assembly deviations and troubleshooting
- Process non-conformities and create rework instructions
