Tasks

  • Lead and scale a regional TAM team
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers
  • Own team performance and operational rigor
  • Engage with executive-level customers
  • Partner with Sales, Consulting, Support, and Product
  • Hire, onboard, and develop TAMs
  • Promote an inclusive and improvement-focused environment
  • Optimize coverage and staffing across multi-country portfolios
  • Forecast demand and headcount
  • Manage customer concerns and complex programs
  • Drive risk mitigation and recovery plans
  • Ensure clear executive communications
  • Adhere to standard methodologies
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Deliver success plans and adoption roadmaps
  • Conduct executive business reviews
  • Contribute to TAM methodology and tooling
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Align on account strategy and renewals
  • Support expansion and services attach
  • Represent customer voice to Product and Engineering
