- Own team performance and operational rigor
- Engage with executive-level customers
- Partner with Sales, Consulting, Support, and Product
- Hire, onboard, and develop TAMs
- Promote an inclusive and improvement-focused environment
- Optimize coverage and staffing across multi-country portfolios
- Forecast demand and headcount
- Manage customer concerns and complex programs
- Drive risk mitigation and recovery plans
- Ensure clear executive communications
- Adhere to standard methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement
- Deliver success plans and adoption roadmaps
- Conduct executive business reviews
- Contribute to TAM methodology and tooling
- Facilitate knowledge sharing
- Align on account strategy and renewals
- Support expansion and services attach
- Represent customer voice to Product and Engineering
- Participate in feedback loops and advisory initiatives
