- Enhance and deploy a unified lead qualification methodology (MEDDPICC)
- Analyze and benchmark sales progress
- Identify strategic areas for improvement
- Propose process adaptations or training needs
- Establish global standards for sales reviews
- Lead market reviews with top management
- Moderate a global platform for best practices exchange
- Share market insights and competitor intelligence
- Provide quantitative insights to local managing directors
- Facilitate derivation of go-to-market strategies
