Description

As a Senior Manager of Product Performance, you will drive strategic initiatives for Self-Service products, enhance team collaboration, and leverage data insights to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency across global markets.

Requirements

• •6+ years of experience in product performance, operations, analytics, strategy, or growth roles in B2C tech or marketplace
• •3+ years of people management experience
• •Ability to build alignment with senior stakeholders
• •Strong business acumen linking product performance metrics to financial outcomes
• •Excellent analytical skills and data storytelling
• •Good understanding of A/B testing principles and basic experimentation methods
• •Good understanding of product development processes
• •Knowledge of SQL or data querying
• •Experience in global, multi-market environments
