5+ years experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, or FMCG/CPG Strategy Consulting
Knowledge of building mature FMCG environments in scale-ups
Practical understanding of Gross-to-Net mechanics, JBP, and omnichannel distribution
Understanding of commercial dynamics between durable and FMCG goods
Excellent cross-functional integration and silo-breaking skills
Ruthless analytical skills and data proficiency
Capability to merge fragmented retail and D2C data
Exceptional communication and data storytelling skills

Implement channel gating and exclusivity principles
Minimize channel cannibalization through pack differentiation
Partner with Product teams on assortment feasibility
Review and evolve the Pack-Price Architecture
Map products to specific consumer usage occasions
Bridge premium core-systems with mass-market innovations
Facilitate decision-making for 2027 product launches
Build a performance-driven Gross-to-Net framework
Transform trade spend into strategic investments
Support KAMs with ROI-based Joint Business Planning
Drive measurable net revenue realization across markets
Oversee European retail price architecture and elasticity
