Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of professional experience in portfolio strategy/management, business analytics, data analytics
  • •University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Health Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics
  • •Excellent skills in assessing and reporting complex analysis
  • •Ability to moderate decision making through all levels of hierarchy
  • •Experience in developing financial plans and working with financial data
  • •Expertise in market and competitor insights analysis
  • •High operational discipline and ability to manage recurring reporting cycles
  • •Ability to analyze high level of data with attention to details
  • •Ability to communicate simply and report outcomes to senior stakeholders
  • •Strong business and financial acumen, digitally savvy
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills
  • •High intercultural competencies and enjoyment of working in complex, international environments
  • •Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Power Point), Power BI, Thinkcell
  • •Proficiency in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus

  • •Conduct analysis to identify portfolio optimization opportunities
  • •Report on market dynamics and competitor activities
  • •Create launch codes for seamless MTS planning
  • •Analyze market trends and portfolio gaps
  • •Build business cases for new product launches
  • •Align assumptions with regions for project approval
  • •Track product performance and analyze deviations
  • •Monitor business case evolution through planning cycles
  • •Conduct post-launch evaluations of new products
  • •Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Thinkcell
  • •Analyze performance against competitors
  • •Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives
