Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Business, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or related field
  • •Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred
  • •Minimum 5 years product management experience
  • •Experience in global Matrix driven organisations
  • •Experience with Medical Nutrition products desirable
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • •Proven project management skills
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • •Understanding of nutrition science and regulations
  • •Familiarity with product development processes
  • •Driven, innovative, and customer-focused
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • •Very good MS Office skills
  • •Fluent written and spoken English

  • •Co-design the Enteral Nutrition and Ketosteril portfolio strategy
  • •Define product value propositions and clinical substantiation needs
  • •Collaborate with global marketing and medical scientific affairs
  • •Drive timely product launches and geographic roll-outs
  • •Sequence launches to maximize regional success
  • •Monitor product pricing to maintain market competitiveness
  • •Coordinate the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
  • •Identify business, supply chain, and regulatory risks
  • •Facilitate effective communication across all company departments
