Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred
  • Minimum 5 years product management experience
  • Experience in global Matrix driven organisations
  • Experience with Medical Nutrition products desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of nutrition science and regulations
  • Familiarity with product development processes
  • Driven, innovative, and customer-focused
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Tasks

  • Co-design the Enteral Nutrition and Ketosteril portfolio strategy
  • Define product value propositions and clinical substantiation needs
  • Collaborate with global marketing and medical scientific affairs
  • Drive timely product launches and geographic roll-outs
  • Sequence launches to maximize regional success
  • Monitor product pricing to maintain market competitiveness
  • Coordinate the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
  • Identify business, supply chain, and regulatory risks
  • Facilitate effective communication across all company departments
